Daily Office Hours (Weekdays)

Office Hours

Throughout the year, the team provides daily virtual "office hours" where instructors can network with other educators, researchers, and designers; and where they can get immediate answers to their questions. It’s also a place where CourseKata goes to get valuable feedback and ideas for improving the materials and implementation.

Regular Office Hours are available via Zoom. Feel free to drop in with your questions! Visit us using the Daily Office Hours Zoom Link below.

  • Mondays at 1:00 PM (PT) -- Caylor, CourseKata team member
  • Tuesdays at 4:00 PM (PT) -- Karen A., CourseKata instructor
  • Wednesdays at 1:00 PM (PT) -- Aleks, CourseKata team member
  • Thursdays at 4:00 PM (PT) -- Lamies, CourseKata instructor
  • Fridays at 10:00 AM (PT) -- Mariela, CourseKata instructor & team member

Please be advised that we will not hold office hours during the following periods:

  • Thanksgiving: November 27th and 28th
  • Winter Holidays: December 22nd through January 2nd
